Bill was easily the best real estate agent we have worked with in our recent moves across the east coast. He consulted with us to get an idea of what we were looking for and showed us the best of the best houses to meet our needs. He was quick, reliable, and always on top of things. He was very knowledgeable about the market and made the process extremely easy. Bill always had great suggestions for improvements to make the house more valuable, and we valued his opinions. He never made us feel pressured or rushed; but, due to his efficiency, we were making an offer (at Starbucks) after a day and a half of house-hunting. Bill's technology expertise allowed us to negotiate and sign counter-offers on our drive back to our home in Virginia. And his job didn't stop there. He was always available (even after closing) and in constant communication. He took care of each problem that arose with ease, which really lessened the stress of our out of state move. We absolutely love our house and can't thanks Bill enough for everything he did to help us get it. Above all, we had a blast working with Bill!
