Hi, I am Matthew Zimmer. I am a well-respected Real Estate Professional known for my exceptional client service, communication, and expertise in residential construction. I work tirelessly to study the various Central Ohio markets to best assist my clients buy and sell properties in the area. I take pride in my problem solving and coaching skills; along with my ability to listen deeply to the clients’ individual needs and preferences. I attribute my many successes as a Realtor and Residential Designer to this combination of skill sets.

Beyond understanding the clients’ needs, my expertise in contract management, negotiation, and marketing ensures that my clients receive the best possible outcome when buying or selling a property. I have a fundamental belief that any person who chooses to work with me deserves my absolute best effort and abilities. One of my passions and a large part of my upbringing, is the sport of football. Football taught me at a young age to have an intense commitment to excellence in every aspect of my work. It is this shared commitment with my teammates that motivated me to join The Robbins Group.

Before Real Estate, I had a 10-year career in residential construction/remodeling. I would work from a project’s inception. Helping clients to visualize their new spaces by drawing functional space plans and specifying materials that align with the project's budget. Through the construction phase, navigating the project management space.

I have lived in Columbus, OH my entire life. Graduating from Worthington Kilbourne Highschool and Ohio State University with a degree in Hospitality Management. Presently, I reside in Bexley, OH with my wife Cory, our 3 young children, and our 2 dogs. I enjoy most of all; spending time outdoors with all of them.
