There's no public price history and no days on market while it's in that phase, which gives sellers a low-pressure way to test pricing and demand, and gives buyers first look at homes they won't see on Zillow.

The only way to view Private Exclusive listings is to have us set up a personalized Collection (search) in Coldwell Banker’s Home Platform. Private Exclusives will only be visible if they match your home search criteria.
