“Bill Robbins was wonderful to work with. I highly recommend him and his group to help you buy or sell a home. He helped us through all of the hurdles of being a first-time home buyer and we now own our “forever” home thanks to his guidance and quick response time to new MLS listings. He set up a filter for us for the MLS and also made sure to email us if anything especially promising came on the market in our style. That is how we were able to get the house that we did. The market in Upper Arlington is so crazy everyone fights over houses. We were the first ones into the house and we put an offer in before anyone else even saw it, thanks to Bill’s close attention to new listings. Not every Realtor is going to be this attentive, and we are so lucky that we had Bill on our side!”
