STAGING

Having the second set of eyes to focus on just the presentation of your home has become a vital part of our business. Something as simple as how a bed is made can really elevate a space and make it much more appealing.

It starts with our Stager doing a preliminary walk through of your home, while taking photos and getting an idea of the space and what they have to work with. A detailed list is then provided to the owners on suggested items to move/remove from the home, suggested home maintenance and other items like switching out dated light fixtures or something as simple as making sure light bulbs match in color temperature. In a Partial Staging, the Stager may use only existing items in the home and rearranging them or they may bring in items like bar stools for an island, neutral bedding, accessories for book cases or lamps for bedside tables. A Full Staging is just that, where a Stager will furnish rooms of a home to compliment the space and make it more appealing to Buyers.

  • "[The Stager] was professional, resourceful and has a wonderful eye for design. Our own furniture and art work was transformed and added to with her own special touches. She worked magic. We sold our home in a few days with multiple offers. "

  • "{The Stager] was fabulous to work with. During the first visit she shared with me her ideas for staging my house to get it ready to sell. She knew exactly how to showcase the best assets of my home and I wisely let her have total control over the placement of furniture, pictures and accent pieces. She identified items that should be packed and she moved furniture and artwork sometimes from one room to another. I found my self repeatedly saying, “Wow, those three pictures look great on that wall or gee, I wish I had thought to put that accent piece there.” Several things she brought from her warehouse to add to the clean, eclectic look she envisioned for my home. The result was perfect for the photo listing and the quick sale of my home."

  • "Having our home partially staged was a great experience. The stager was extremely thoughtful, fun and helps you understand exactly what needs accomplished and why. She made her vision clear while providing us a simple list of tasks prior to staging that required minimal effort on our end. She incorporated most of our furniture and added pieces to make our home feel polished and cohesive. We feel the partial staging had a great impact on getting our home sold by allowing buyers to better imagine themselves in the space. "

  • "We had our home, 2445 Bristol, fully staged for showings. I highly believe staging really helped get potential buyers interested and quickly! We had over 30 scheduled showings within the first 24 hours of putting our home on the market and even an offer before the house was even seen. That was all from just pictures with the staged pieces in place! Amber made everything look great and filling the space made it seem a lot bigger and homey too. Would definitely recommend doing this if you want to get your home sold as soon as you can."
